We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe a user violates these Terms or applicable laws.

2. Orders, Pricing, & Shipping

• Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, shipping, and account details for all orders.
• Order Processing & Shipping: Shipping fees and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on whether an item is standard apparel, custom equipment, or digital fulfillment.
• Cancellations: Once an order enters fulfillment, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

3. Digital Downloads & Educational Resources

• Intellectual Property: All digital templates, downloadable guides, courses, videos, and toolkits provided on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of T-Shirt Side Hustle.
• License Use: Purchasing digital products grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, re-license, or publicly share our raw digital files or educational materials.

4. Custom Printing, Artwork Submission, & Indemnification

If you use our custom printing services or upload artwork to our platform, the following terms apply:

Your Art Belongs to You: We will never steal, sell, or display your custom artwork without your explicit permission. We use your uploaded files solely to fulfill your specific orders.

• Ownership & Licensing Representation: By submitting artwork, logos, or text, you represent and warrant that you possess full ownership, copyright, or explicit license rights to reproduce the material.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload materials that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., trademarked logos, copyrighted characters, or unauthorized artist designs) or content that is illegal, defamatory, or hateful.
• Copyright & Legal Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T-Shirt Side Hustle (including its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates) against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, or attorney's fees arising from any claim that your submitted artwork infringes on a third party's trademark, copyright, or proprietary rights. T-Shirt Side Hustle acts as a printing service provider and does not pre-screen or verify ownership of user-uploaded files.

5. Refunds, Returns, & Satisfaction

We want you to succeed with every project. Returns and refunds are managed as follows:

• Physical Products & Gear: Unused physical merchandise in its original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom Printed Items & Digital Products: Due to the custom nature of custom-printed apparel and the immediate delivery of digital downloads, these items are generally non-refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or fulfillment error on our part.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@tshirtsidehustle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Prohibited Uses of the Site

In addition to standard guidelines, you are strictly prohibited from using our site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.
• To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• To scrape, index, or harvest personal data or content from this site without authorization.
